Federico è un regista. Federico è un bravo regista che fa pubblicità. Uno di quelli che riesce ad ammantare il prodotto da vendere di un’aura di mistero, di epicità o di fugace poesia. La pubblicità è un’arte breve e per sua natura leggera e veloce. Si consuma rapidamente, spesso distrattamente, ha una vita limitata. I tempi della vita contemporanea le impongono un ritmo veloce che cambia costantemente, che deve rincorrere la novità, che deve reinventarsi e rinnovarsi di continuo. Come recita lo slogan di una delle pubblicità di Brugia “suddenly everything looks older”. Federico per il mestiere che fa è un divoratore di immagini. Con le immagini ci lavora, ci vive, ci sogna. Sono immagini onnipresenti, leggere, che avvolgono ormai ogni istante della nostra vita. Ognuno di noi è diventato produttore di immagini e la rappresentazione della nostra vita, di ogni istante della nostra vita, passa dal cellulare a internet, dalla televisione al cinema, dalle foto alle telecamere digitali. Tutto è mediato. La vita lascia dietro di sé tracce di immagini sfocate, mosse e veloci come il flusso degli istanti che si susseguono. Federico per il mestiere che fa è costantemente in movimento. In questi anni ha registrato il flusso che compone una vita lost in transition nel mondo globalizzato. Ha registrato incessantemente istantanee della propria esistenza dentro e fuori il suo lavoro, dettagli e campi lunghi, ritratti e suggestioni. Scorrendo le immagini che compongono questo libro ci si perde in un flusso indistinto di attimi fuggenti, che entrano ed escono dal reale e dalla finzione, dalla vita e dalla sua rappresentazione mediatica. Un lungo e ininterrotto piano sequenza di luoghi, città globali, paesaggi post industriali o post naturali, anonime stanze d’albergo, dettagli microscopici, volti noti d’attori e volti familiari sconosciuti, aereoporti e set: i piani della realtà e della finzione, del reale e della sua rappresentazione si intersecano, si sovrappongono e si rincorrono fondendosi in un unico flusso vitale. È la rappresentazione del mondo globale che scivola leggero sulla superficie liscia di un occhio indagatore, che si muove veloce e nervoso in tutti gli angoli nascosti della nostra esistenza. Per ogni pagina di questo libro Brugia ha ordinato le immagini in una composizione cromatica quasi atonale, che suggerisce un umore, un’atmosfera emotiva: intima, notturna, nascosta, perduta. Pursuant to Article 5 of Legislative Decree No. 185 of 22 May 1999, if the customer is a consumer (i.e. a natural person who purchases goods for purposes not related to his or her professional activity, or who makes a purchase by omitting a VAT number from the order form), he or she has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason whatsoever, without the need to provide explanations and without any penalty, within 14 working days from the day of receipt of the goods.

The right of withdrawal shall be exercised by sending, within the aforementioned term, a written notice to the geographical address of the supplier's registered office by means of a registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt. The communication may also be sent, again within the same deadline, by means of a PEC or facsimile.
The consumer shall enclose with the communication all the references of the order (order date, order number, precise references identifying the party concerned, company or private individual.
The goods you wish to return must be undamaged and in their original packaging.

The consumer must also supplement the communication with his or her complete bank details in order to obtain reimbursement of the sums paid (current account number, ABI and CAB, CIN code; for foreign countries, the BIC and IBAN codes), which will be carried out as quickly as possible and in any case within fourteen days of the date on which the supplier became aware of the consumer's exercise of the right of withdrawal. As the only charge for exercising the right of withdrawal, the consumer shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods. In the case of payment by credit card, the sums shall be returned net of bank commission charges (2.5%).

In the event of a dispute, reference will be made to the competent court.
